The position requires strong organizational skills, physical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect inbound carriers/trailers for compliance and condition.
- Direct, escort, and monitor drivers while on company property.
- Receive, unload, and verify freight against BOL, Packing List, PO, and related documents.
- Move materials for sampling, inspection, labeling, or quarantine processes.
- Transfer materials between Quarantine, Released, and Rejected areas per Warehouse Management instructions.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization; perform minor cleaning activities.
- Verify all documentation, records, and inventory reports for accuracy.
- Comply with cGMP, FDA guidelines, SOPs, safety policies, and quality management systems.
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of direct warehouse experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or medical devices (must be recent within the last 2 years).
- Legible handwriting and ability to perform accurate documentation.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Experience operating pallet jacks and basic material-handling tools.
- Willingness to work in a pharmaceutical warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Forklift experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong coordination, judgment, and safety awareness during equipment operation.
- Experience in generic pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Frequent bending, lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods.
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and similar equipment.
