MOGEL is partnering with a confidential client to identify an experienced Project Manager for a contract engagement supporting strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
This role is ideal for a project leader who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and delivering measurable business results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead multiple projects from planning through successful delivery
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate project meetings
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives and priorities
- Maintain project documentation and support continuous process improvement
- 5 years of project management experience
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable project management certification is a plus
- 100% Remote (U.S.)
- 40-hour/week contract engagement
- Hourly Rate: $38–$45/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
