The Campus Recruiting & People Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in shaping a positive, high-impact experience for both prospective candidates and current employees. What You’ll Do
- Drive Campus Recruiting Initiatives: Partner with hiring managers and university contacts to plan and execute engaging campus events, information sessions, and interviews that showcase the company’s culture and career opportunities.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, university staff, and professional organizations to strengthen the company’s visibility and employer brand.
- Manage Recruiting Operations: Coordinate event logistics, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking system updates to ensure a seamless candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
- Support Internal Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver employee events, training sessions, and recognition programs that foster connection, inclusion, and engagement.
- Plan and Execute Events: Coordinate logistics for recruiting, onboarding, and company-wide gatherings—including venue setup, vendor management, and communications—to ensure high-quality experiences that reflect company values.
- Enhance Processes and Communication: Contribute to process improvements, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent communication across recruiting, operations, and marketing teams.
- Support Broader Operations: Assist with community initiatives, travel logistics, and administrative projects that contribute to a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in campus recruiting, event coordination, HR, or people operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems; experience with event planning tools and virtual platforms preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally for campus or company events and work flexible hours during peak seasons.
