Responsibilities
Manage Intake for incoming families/clients
- Design and implement behavioral assessments
- Develop and implement clinical programs for individuals with autism
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize client care
- Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for
- Design and implement functional analysis procedures.
- Collect, analyze, and document data.
- Write behavior intervention plans and train staff
- Lead parent trainings
- Maintain skill acquisition and behavior reduction data.
