Key Responsibilities
- Provide project and administrative support for innovation and industry alliance initiatives
- Assist in the coordination and execution of operational and strategic projects identified by leadership
- Support data collection, reporting, and tracking of project milestones and outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project follow-up activities
- Develop working knowledge of Moffitt’s mission, innovation strategy, and partnership model
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports as assigned
- Manage assigned tasks with a high level of organization, accuracy, and timeliness
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments
- Receive mentorship from leadership within Innovation & Industry Alliances
- Gain exposure to healthcare innovation, research collaboration, and industry engagement
- Build foundational skills in project management, communication, and professional workplace practices
- Participate in structured learning experiences aligned with career development goals
- High school diploma or GED
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Enrollment in a Master’s degree program
- Field of study in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- Interest in healthcare innovation, biotechnology, or industry partnerships
