What’s In It for You

What You’ll Do
- Independently manage residential remodel projects from start through finish: assessing scope, executing carpentry (framing, trim, cabinetry), installing tile/flooring, and handling light plumbing and electrical tasks as required.
- Lead small-to-mid-size remodels and complex service jobs with professionalism, precision, and pride.
- Coordinate materials and job logistics: review schedules in Jobber, organize supplies, prepare job sites, and verify quality at each phase.
- Communicate proactively with homeowners—explain scope, timelines, and options to ensure a transparent, positive experience.
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional worksites, protecting client property and upholding our reputation for reliability and respect.
- Document job progress with photos and notes; maintain your vehicle, tools, and equipment in great shape.

Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, and insurable MVR
- HS diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug screen
