Experienced Handyman / Remodeling Technician

Handyman and Sons LLC is hiring an experienced handyman/remodeling technician to join our growing crew.

Pay: $20–$30/hour based on experience and skill level

We specialize in residential repairs and renovations, including a significant amount of complete mobile home rehab work. We stay busy and are looking for someone who is dependable, works hard, and can handle multiple types of repairs without needing constant supervision.

This is not an entry-level position. You don't have to know everything, but you need real hands-on construction, maintenance, or remodeling experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• LVP and vinyl flooring
• Drywall repair, finishing, and patchwork
• Interior painting
• Trim and baseboards
• Doors and hardware
• Basic plumbing and fixture replacement
• Deck and ramp repairs
• Roofing and leak repairs
• General carpentry
• Mobile home repairs and renovations
• Punch-list and turnover work

What We're Looking For

• Proven handyman, remodeling, maintenance, or construction experience
• Ability to complete common repairs correctly without being walked through every step
• Dependable and shows up on time ready to work
• Works efficiently and doesn't drag jobs out
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Can work independently and as part of a crew
• Able to troubleshoot problems when something doesn't go as planned
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Good communication with the crew and management

You are not required to provide your own tools.

Pay

$20–$30/hour depending on actual experience and ability.

Someone with basic experience who still needs direction will start toward the lower end of the range.

Someone earning toward the top of the range should be able to walk into a renovation, identify what needs to be done, complete quality work efficiently, and require minimal supervision.

Experience matters, but your ability to produce quality work matters more.

Schedule

Primarily Monday–Friday. Hours may vary depending on project workload and deadlines.
