- Potential to earn between $20-$30/hr. during weekends! (this figure includes tips)
- Be reliable – show up for your scheduled shift on time and work your entire scheduled shift
- Anticipate any needs of customers and address issues in a timely, positive manner
- Take beverage and food orders and deliver items in a timely manner
- Perform opening and closing side work as directed by managers
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
- Be a constant presence and maintain positive customer engagement
- Ongoing working knowledge of the POS system
- Responsible for knowing all food and drink menus to adequately discuss with customers
- Continuing craft beer, wine, and spirits education
- Ability to quickly learn company history, extensive product knowledge, and selling techniques
- Collaborate with co-workers and demonstrate flexibility to meet changing needs
