- Learns systems quickly—adaptable to our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly—this is the core of the job.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Accounting teams.
- Prepare quotes for standard products and handle special product entries.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.
- $20-25/hour, depending on experience.
- Overtime pay after 40 hours.
- Estimated annual income based on standard hours and typical overtime: $41,600.00 - $55,900.00.
- 2 years of order entry experience (customer service background preferred).
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Detail-oriented, team player with effective communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in an order entry role within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with tool and die manufacturing.
