- Inventory Management
- Manual and CNC Machine Set-Up and Operation (our most in-demand positions)
- Operating manual and CNC machines for production tasks
- Setting up machines according to specifications and blueprints
- Performing routine maintenance and quality checks
- Assisting with shipping and receiving duties, including loading/unloading materials
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Following safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills (i.e. – Algebra or higher)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Mechanical Knowledge
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Experience with CNC or manual machine setup and operation
- Experience with tool steel
- Familiarity with Mazatrol and Fanuc
- Proficient Blueprint reading skills
- Competitive Pay: Earn based on experience, plus overtime and night shift premiums

- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

- Mandatory Saturdays (up to 14 per year): Day: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Night: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Average 45–50 hours per week, with overtime available
