- $20–$30/hour starting rate, based on experience (with opportunity for future increases).
- Overtime available.
- Typical first-year earnings: $46,000–$67,000 annually.
- With higher overtime, total earnings may exceed $75,000/year.

Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Estimator, you’ll be at the center of our quoting operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing quotes for special details and altered standards.
- Collaborate with engineering to evaluate feasibility of custom designs.
- Re-evaluating and quoting repeat jobs based on historical cost data.
- Assisting with technical questions on both standard and custom products.
- Translating competitor specifications into Moeller equivalents for quoting.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to quoting accuracy and speed.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Mechanically inclined - We will train the right mechanically‑inclined candidate—even if they don’t have formal estimating experience.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
- Previous office experience.
- Solid understanding of machining processes and practices.
- Previous experience with CAD
- Previous experience with precision measuring equipment.
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with overtime option available frequently.
