Shift manager & team member

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Shift Managers & Team Members to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role combines leadership with hands-on food service responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering top-notch customer experiences. Whether managing shifts or rolling up your sleeves in the kitchen, you’ll be a vital part of creating a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and satisfied. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, team management, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards.
• Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive work environment.
• Prepare and assist in food production, including cooking, food handling, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Manage POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
• Control inventory levels through proper stock rotation and minimizing waste.
• Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness across all areas of the restaurant and kitchen.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guests receive friendly, attentive service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management is highly preferred--But not required.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management.
• Experience with POS systems is desirable.
• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing hospitality teams.
• Excellent communication skills for staff training, team management, and customer interaction.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations.
• Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis is a plus.
