Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed
• Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders in a quick service environment
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety practices in accordance with health regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are important
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with kitchen tasks like food preparation or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
