Job Summary
 

Tapville Social Guest Ambassadors make the first impression and set the tone for a simple, hassle-free guest experience.

• Answer phones within two rings, answering questions and taking reservations in a friendly and efficient manner

• Manage waitlist and prepare seating assignments prior to service

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and escort them to their table

• Thank and re-invite departing guests

• Ensure guests receive Tapville's Five-Star guest experience; follow up on any issues and complaints to maximize guest

  satisfaction

• Execute role-specific Tapville Social brand operating procedures

• Organize, stock, and clean station

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures

Skill Requirements

• Hard-working, team player

• Good communication skills

• Capable of performing calmly and effectively under pressure

• ServSafe Management, Allergen, and Basset certification

Physical Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays

• Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day

• Able to exert fast-paced mobility to accomplish tasks. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height

  frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.

• Ability to work within the following conditions: wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise

• Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards

Salary : $13 - $16
