Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Nurse Practitioner, based in Bend Oregon with opportunities for partial remote work. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality in-home care, assessing patient health, diagnosing medical conditions, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on health maintenance.
