Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mobile Nurse (1099 Independent Contractor) to join our team and deliver high-quality, in-home concierge medical services to our valued clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, skilled nurse who is passionate about patient care and wants to thrive in a flexible, commission-based role. As a mobile nurse, you will be responsible for providing a range of services, including IV therapy, injections, Botox, weight-loss management, and hormone replacement therapy.
In this role, you will be expected to:
-Provide In-Home Concierge Medical Services: Deliver IV therapy, injections, lab work, botox treatments, weight-loss management consultations, and hormone replacement therapy in clients' homes or offices, ensuring a safe and professional environment.
-Client Education: Educate clients on treatment plans, benefits, risks, and aftercare instructions to ensure they are well-informed and comfortable with their services.
-Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Build and maintain a strong client base by actively seeking new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing ones. This includes using personal networks, local marketing strategies, social media, and referrals to attract potential clients. You will be expected to consistently nurture these relationships by offering personalized care, checking in with clients post-treatment, and offering new services as they become available.
-Client Retention: Focus on creating lasting relationships with clients through high-quality service, professionalism, and follow-ups. Maintaining client satisfaction and providing exceptional, customized care will be key to building repeat business and referrals.
-Work Schedule Flexibility: Be available for a minimum of 12 hours per week on-call, ensuring that you can fulfill potential appointments within a flexible schedule.
-Commission-Based Pay Structure: Earn income based on a competitive commission model, plus 100% of your tips. This position does not have guaranteed pay, but offers significant earning potential based on your ability to attract and retain clients. The more clients you build and retain, the more you can grow your income.
-Marketing & Networking: As a 1099 contractor, part of your role will involve marketing and promoting your services within your community and on digital platforms. You will be encouraged to utilize social media, community events, and your personal network to drive awareness about Modwella’s services and grow your client base.
-Team Collaboration: While working independently, collaborate with other Modwella team members to ensure smooth operations, client satisfaction, and adherence to company protocols.
-Upselling & Cross-Selling Services: You will have the opportunity to introduce new services to your existing clients, such as additional wellness treatments or packages, by leveraging your knowledge of their needs and providing customized solutions. Upselling and cross-selling are key parts of expanding your business and increasing your earnings.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state licensure.
- Experience in IV therapy, injections, lab work and/or hormone replacement therapy is preferred.
- Must have a **valid driver's license** and reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes and offices.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule with no guaranteed pay.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively, and educate clients on various treatments.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and proactive in managing client appointments and business development.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive mindset in client outreach, networking, and marketing your services to build a solid and lasting client base.
