We're seeking someone with commercial construction field or supervisory experience, strong knowledge of construction methods and codes, and the ability to lead crews, solve problems, and communicate well. Layout or survey experience, computer skills, and a valid driver's license are required.
Compensation And Benefits
$60,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience, plus PTO, holiday pay, health insurance allowance, company vehicle and fuel card, company laptop, and ongoing training with OSHA certification.

- Manage daily jobsite activity, scheduling, safety, and quality
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
- Coach field staff and maintain organized, productive jobsites
- Jobsites are safe, clean, and well run
- Projects stay on schedule and issues are resolved quickly
- Clients and trade partners trust your leadership
- Work is completed with strong quality and professionalism
