About the Job
As part of our finance team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting Modulex operations. The team manages a wide range of responsibilities, including accounting, HR, and controlling, as well as reconciliations, reporting, tax, and budgeting. We consolidate this data into weekly, monthly, and annual group reports.
Reporting directly to the President of the USA, you’ll work independently and collaboratively to deliver accurate financial insights and support decision-making. You’ll partner with sales and project managers, providing analysis, forecasts, and financial guidance that drive operational success.
This position combines hands-on accounting and administrative tasks, such as accounting control, HR, purchasing approvals, and reporting, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as you grow. Flexibility is key, as you’ll interact daily with project managers and sales representatives across the country to support customer-driven needs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Administrative and full support to the President
- Expense management and reporting
- Corporate administrative tasks and communication
- Preparation of weekly liquidity and forecast reports
- Monthly reporting and annual account preparation
- Budgeting and financial projections
- Controlling and reconciliation tasks
- Project financial follow-up and analysis
- Daily accounting tasks, including payments
- Payroll management
- A/P & A/R tasks
- Contract management with customers, including pay applications and time-sensitive accounting tasks
About You
You possess a solid financial education and several years of experience in accounting or finance, possibly gained from auditing or a corporate finance role. You’re comfortable with financial statements and detail-oriented, yet able to maintain a big-picture perspective.
As a person, you’re positive, approachable, and ambitious. You thrive in a structured environment, take ownership of your work, and make independent decisions confidently. Strong IT skills and curiosity about new systems are essential, as is the ability to stay organized when juggling multiple priorities.
You’re willing to tackle a wide range of tasks and collaborate across the organization. You seek dialogue and aren’t afraid to share your expertise, even when decisions involve senior leadership.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
