Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant role supports the overall efficiency of the office manager and employees
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
· Greeting and signing in visitors, guiding them to the appropriate location
· Collecting and distributing mail, packages, or deliveries
· Prepares communications such as memos and emails
· Daily deposit via remote electronic machine
· Receiving applications and building files
· Updating and maintaining organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring records are easily accessible and up to date
· Documenting Court minutes
· DNA testing
· Filing court documents
· Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED is required
· Must maintain confidentiality
· Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with staff and clients
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to handle multiple responsibilities
· Must be proficient in Microsoft software
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
· Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
