Ability to perform a variety of complex program coordinator duties. Ability to build and maintain a professional, working relationship with coworkers, administration, teachers, parents, and the public. Interact and communicate effectively and properly with districts, county offices, state or pubic officials, staff members and parents to exchange and/or gather information. Read, understand, interpret, apply, and adhere to complex laws, policies, and regulations as they relate to the Expanded Learning Program and Modoc County Office of Education (MCOE). Assist in the development and implementation of program vision and plans. Collect and analyze program data. Collaborate and develop a plan for continuous improvement. Be well organized and proficient with compiling, arranging and presenting information in written and oral form to advise and assist with management decision making. Monitor and manage a budget for multiple Expanded Learning sites. Facilitate various meetings when appointed by Director. Assist with ongoing training. Guide, influence, lead, and motivate employees to perform their duties. Collaborate with Professional Learning Team on understanding and implementing the academic curricula and California standards. Demonstrate and model support to front line staff in the development of: academia, classroom management, enrichment and recreational activities. Demonstrate computer literacy in performing responsibilities in an efficient and professional manner. Responsible for overseeing and helping organize special events. Coordinate with teachers regarding educational pacing guides. Performs other related duties as assigned.
