Key Responsibilities:
- Provide concierge-level service to clients at events, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience
- Greet and interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all health, safety, and infection control guidelines
- Assist with event setup, flow, and breakdown as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
Qualifications:
- Active Phlebotomy license/certification required
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong front-facing presence with a friendly, approachable, and consistently positive attitude
