Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute Modisoft’s marketing strategy across digital channels. This role will focus on building brand presence, driving customer engagement, and generating growth through content, paid media, and data-driven campaigns.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Design, and Leadership to ensure all marketing efforts align with company goals. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do:
- Lead and execute Modisoft’s marketing strategy across digital, content, and sales enablement initiatives
- Build and maintain sales collateral including pitch decks and one-pagers
- Develop and refine product messaging and positioning for Backoffice, Loyalty, and Restaurant solutions
- Partner closely with Sales, to support deal execution and pipeline growth
- Manage and grow Modisoft’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
- Create and manage monthly marketing content including social posts, blogs, video, and real-world customer stories
- Own website updates, product positioning, SEO improvements, and support website redesign initiatives
- Produce and manage case studies, testimonials, and client success stories for marketing and sales use
- Own trade show and conference marketing including booth design, logistics, travel coordination, and event execution
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications
- Track performance, analyze customer behavior, and deliver quarterly marketing insights to leadership
Qualifications:
Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing or a related role.
- Experience with Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Graphic design or videography experience.
- Experience in retail, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign optimization.
