Validation Engineer II

Akkodis is seeking a Validation Engineer II for a Contract with a client in Carlsbad, CA. This role drives the development and execution of validation programs while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $32/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Validation Engineer II Job Responsibilities Include

• Develop, write, and maintain validation documentation for systems and processes in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Manage execution of validation protocols and analyze results to ensure timely and effective project completion.
• Support and represent validation activities during internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to summarize validation outcomes and prepare final validation reports.
• Oversee Validation Master Plans (VMPs) and perform validation assessments related to change management activities.
• Track validation project progress, provide guidance to junior staff, and support continuous improvement of validation processes.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or engineering field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in validation, quality, or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of validation principles, regulatory compliance, and experience writing/ executing validation protocols and documentation.
• Ability to support audits, manage validation projects, and collaborate cross-functionally with strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
