Akkodis is recruiting for a Contract Analyst for an aerospace manufacturer in the Long Island, NY area. This is an onsite contract position with a pay range of $30 an hour to $35 an hour depending on education, experiece and location.

Tasks
LEASES
- Prepare engine requests for coordination with Family entities (SAFRAN and SES)
- Prepare and manage individual Leases for Customers, aggregating information from multiple sources.
- Review Customer RPFH, Letter agreements, Amendment contracts for verification of lease requirements.
- Track leasing activities and milestones into single data source for lease history & metric tracking.
- Prepare shipping requests and facilitate proper handling of engine movements for individual leases.
- Serve as point of contact for all customer questions and issues regarding lease requirements, individual invoicing, technical, parts, documentation requirements for incoming and outgoing leases.
- Prepare amendments for individual leases for term extensions and changes.
- Sets/establishes expectations with lessee’s in order to maintain desired timelines.
- Tracking of RORA’s (Recognition of Rights) for lease engines installed.
- Facilitate redelivery Calls with Lessee and Engine Owners, track and maintain status of all engines in redelivery process.
- Maintain records of findings and missing parts to track against invoicing received.
- Review shop status of engines in MRO in effort to protect Lease Pool asset levels.
- Review utilization invoices for correct fee calculation
- Review all SES issued fee invoices by engine type and contract terms.
- Research/approve rebill invoices for accuracy and match with back up for cost verification
- Track invoicing to verify all leases are invoiced every month
- Coordinate and track Daily Rent charges for each lease per the terms of the lease.
- Maintain manual and electronic Filing of lease documents and invoices.
- Participate in Fleet Stability calls to learn about upcoming lease engine requirements by customer and fleet issues driving lease engine demand.
