Modesto City Schools is a Pre-K through 12th grade district, serving approximately 30,000 students. The District is one of the largest employers in Stanislaus County, with over 3,200 employees. It is divided into three divisions: Business Services, Educational Services and Human Resources. High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Completion of forty-eight (48) units of higher education studying or obtained an AA degree or successfully passed the Modesto City Schools Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Exam. Substitute Instructional Paraprofessional, Special Education, PK-12, General Education: $17.48 Substitute Instructional Paraprofessional, Special Education, PK-12, Mild-Moderate Support Needs: $18.33 Substitute Instructional Paraprofessional, Special Education, PK-12, Extensive Support Needs: $20.70 All communication on your application status will be done via email.
