Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs related to Replacement Windows and Doors
- Measure window and doors and provide precise project estimates
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, and terms with clients to close deals effectively
- Manage account details, follow-up communications, and project timelines to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure project specifications are met and quality standards are maintained
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using POS systems and organizational tools Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, construction sales, or retail sales , rv or automotive sales with a focus on high-end products or remodeling projects
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to perform inside sales activities such as product demos, customer service, and upselling techniques
- Organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and project details efficiently
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
