- The Regional Office Relationship Manager serves as the primary liaison between the Home Office and regional offices, ensuring strong communication, operational alignment, and execution of growth initiatives. This role supports offices through the Acceleration phase by providing proactive leadership and guidance, coordinating initiatives, tracking performance, escalating risks, and enabling advisors and office leaders to effectively leverage firm resources, partnerships, and Advantage Offerings.

Primary Duties:
Regional Office Management & Communication
- Run biweekly Regional Office Management(ROM) calls, including agenda creation, facilitation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate cross-office updates and items to present during ROM calls.
- Address red flags, risks, and key updates; escalate as appropriate.
- Review and coordinate upcoming travel to regional offices.
- Manage internal regional office management calendar with upcoming events, rollouts, initiatives, &travel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for offices regarding updates, questions, and issue resolution.
Leadership & Managing Director Success
- Provide proactive leadership and guidance to regional offices, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to Managing Directors, helping them identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and achieve office goals.
- Act as a champion for firm values and initiatives, ensuring consistent adoption and engagement across all offices.
- Advocate for the needs and perspectives of regional offices to Home Office leadership, ensuring that Managing Directors’ voices are heard and considered in strategic decisions.
- Recognize and celebrate office and Managing Director achievements, reinforcing a positive and high-performing culture.
Quarterly Acceleration & Strategic Alignment
- Generate agendas and lead Quarterly Acceleration calls with all offices.
- Review progress toward goals and KPIs.
- Highlight risks, red flags, and blockers.
- Track, update, and follow up on strategic initiatives and commitments.
Integration to Acceleration Transition Support
- Join Integration team calls to support a smooth transition into Acceleration.
- Assist with coordination and introduction of the Concierge Team.
- Ensure all outstanding integration items are documented, assigned, and actively progressing.
- Support the Growth Certification process for offices entering Acceleration.
Advisor Growth Call Preparation & Execution
- Develop agenda and build slide decks for monthly Advisor Growth calls.
- Coordinate logistics with the field, including agenda distribution and meeting reminders.
- Present firm updates, new initiatives, and strategic priorities to advisors.
- Coordinate Sales Pulse video updates & distribute to advisors.
Initiative & Partnership Rollouts
- Coordinate the rollout of new firm initiatives and processes.
- Communicate strategic partnership updates and launches.
- Ensure offices understand implementation expectations and timelines.
Performance Reporting & Scorecards
- Generate and distribute monthly office score cards in collaboration with VP of Growth Optimization.
- Ensure timely delivery to Managing Directors (MDs) and Directors of Operations (DOOs).
- Support offices in understanding performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.
Client Events & Webinars
- Partner with the Marketing team to track client events and webinars across offices.
- Support advisors by assisting with event technology (Teams, Zoom, Salesforce Campaigns).
- Ensure smooth execution and advisor readiness for events.
Advantage Offering (AO) Utilization & Process Management
- Ensure Advantage Offering processes are current and clearly documented.
- Coordinate with Advantage Offering teams to support effective advisor utilization.
- Ensure newly Growth-Certified offices are comfortable with AO tools and processes.
- Track AO utilization across offices and identify opportunities to expand service adoption.
Requirements:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation required.
- 5 years of experience in field operations, relationship management, advisor support, or a related role.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with experience leading calls and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives across a distributed office network.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Smartsheet).
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a multi-office professional services environment preferred.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
