About the Role
As the Patient Care Coordinator, you are the first impression and the ongoing connection between patients and their care experience. You’ll manage every stage of the patient journey, from initial contact through the completion of their treatment plan, ensuring patients stay on track, stay scheduled, and achieve the life-changing results our providers deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Intake & Scheduling: Handle phone and in-person inquiries, schedule evaluations and follow-ups, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in the clinic schedule.
- Insurance & Financial Discussions: Clearly explain benefits, coverage, and out-of-pocket responsibilities to patients; confidently collect payments and manage authorizations.
- Patient Lifecycle Management: Monitor each patient's care progress and follow-ups, reinforce therapist-recommended plans, and proactively intervene to keep patients engaged and compliant.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a welcoming, professional, and empathetic experience at every interaction—via phone, text, or in person.
- Administrative Coordination: Maintain accurate records, support clinic flow, and assist therapists with documentation or logistics as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette and in-person presence
- Highly organized and reliable with excellent scheduling skills
- Experience with medical insurance verification and patient billing
- Confident and compassionate when discussing financial matters with patients
- Comfortable holding patients accountable to their care plan and appointments
- Experience in physical therapy, chiropractic, or medical office settings preferred
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
- Ambitious mindset with a desire to grow within the company

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Some flexibility may be required)
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
