The Customer Service Representitive is responsible for providing customer support and assistance related to HVAC products and services. The job requires a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Answering customer inquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Resolving customer complaints
- Providing product information
- Coordinating with technicians
- Processing orders
- Maintaining customer records
- Upselling and cross-selling
