Position Overview:
We’re seeking Sales Representatives who can confidently meet with homeowners, perform roof inspections, and provide professional recommendations. This is a commission-based role with excellent earning potential for driven closers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via canvassing, referrals, and networking
- Conduct roof inspections and assist homeowners with insurance claims
- Present solutions, prepare proposals, and close sales
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate job execution
- Follow up after installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Track and report all sales activity and meet defined performance goals
What You’ll Need:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable climbing on roofs for inspections and assessments
- Prior roofing or outside sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- A motivated, goal-driven attitude and a desire to grow
