Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Revit user to join our design team. This role works directly under our Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), who handles our Revit and design work in collaboration with our architectural firm. You will support the production of accurate, high-quality residential elevation plans and assist in the overall design process.
Duties
- Create and modify architectural drawings in Revit
- Work hand-in-hand with our CFM on Revit modeling and design tasks
- Collaborate closely with our partnered architectural firm and engineers
- Assist in developing home elevation plans and construction documentation
- Potentially meet with homeowners to discuss design needs and project details
- Support additional design and drafting tasks as needed
Experience
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting and residential design
- Ability to work collaboratively with our CFM, architects, and engineers
- Professional communication skills, including interacting with homeowners when needed
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Willingness to follow established processes and learn our design standards

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
