Overview
We are seeking a qualified Operating Room Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers a shift from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with weekend and holiday requirements to be determined based on facility needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and have a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room setting.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain sterile technique and adhere to operating room protocols.
- Monitor patients preoperatively and postoperatively for any complications.
- Document patient care accurately and comprehensively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of current Operating Room nursing experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Massachusetts RN license must be included with application.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification.
- Active vehicle ownership is required for transportation to and from the facility.

- All scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application.

- Provide a signed supervisory reference from within the past two years of employment.
