Job Description
The Float Pool supports staffing across multiple locations. This role requires flexibility to float between various facilities, and candidates should be adaptable to dynamic work environments.

Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience, including:
- Labor management
- Delivery care
- Fetal monitoring
- Postpartum care of mother and newborn
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
- AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Preferred certifications: Fetal Monitoring and STABLE.
- Epic proficiency required.
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent is required due to testing requirements.
- This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for travel between work assignments at multiple locations.
