About the Position
This position is responsible for providing specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical services in various areas including Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, General and Orthopedic Surgery, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Urology, Optometry/Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and Ear/Nose/Throat (ENT). The primary focus is on serving as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist, which involves the technical operation of radiologic x-ray equipment and the processing of radiographic images for both inpatient and outpatient services.
Qualifications
- Education: Completion of radiology training from an AMA approved school of Radiology.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the radiology field, with specialized training in CT.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating teleradiology and fax equipment.
- Licensure:
- Current and valid Arizona State License in Radiology (R).
- Current ARRT Certification in Radiology, with advanced qualifications in CT Scan (RT)(CT).
- Certification: Must hold and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association throughout employment.
Shift Information
- Scheduled Night Shift: Monday through Thursday, 8 PM - 6 AM.
- Holiday Coverage Required.
