We’re looking for a Senior eCommerce Specialist to own the execution and optimization day-to-day onsite experience across the website.



About the Role

The Senior eCommerce Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing the day-to-day onsite experience across the website. This role owns hands-on CMS management, product setup, landing page creation, and launch execution, while partnering cross-functionally with growth, retention, and merchandising to deliver high-quality, conversion-minded customer experiences.


This person will play a key role in bringing site strategies to life, maintaining site accuracy and speed, and ensuring the web experience is polished, effective, and aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day site execution within Shopify, Tapcart, and related CMS tools, including page updates, content publishing, navigation updates, and merchandising support
  • Build and maintain products, collections, and related catalog setup to support launches, promotions, and evergreen business needs
  • Create and update landing pages in partnership with growth and retention teams to support campaigns, paid media, email, SMS, and lifecycle programs
  • Partner closely with the Site Merchandising & Content Manager to bring merchandising and content strategies to life onsite
  • Monitor site experience and identify opportunities to improve usability, conversion, merchandising execution, and content presentation
  • Support QA for launches, promotions, campaigns, and product updates to ensure site accuracy and functionality
  • Maintain onsite content modules and rich media experiences, including UGC video carousels and other conversion-driving components
  • Use site and campaign performance data to help identify opportunities for optimization and improved customer experience
  • Collaborate with design, creative, and development partners as needed to execute site enhancements and new experiences
  • Help establish efficient workflows and best practices for site updates, launch readiness, and ongoing web maintenance

  • Product and CMS setup are well-managed and less reactive
  • Landing pages are built quickly and effectively in partnership with growth and retention
  • Onsite experiences feel more cohesive, polished, and conversion-oriented
  • The eCommerce team has stronger day-to-day support for site management and optimization


Ideal Background


  • 4 years of relevant eCommerce or site management experience
  • Required: hands-on Shopify experience
  • Experience with CMS updates, product setup, landing page creation, and launch execution
  • Strong understanding of onsite UX, conversion, and digital merchandising
  • Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with growth, retention, creative, and merchandising teams
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-minded, with the ability to use performance insights to inform site improvements
  • Nice to have: Headless or Hydrogen experience, bonus points for working with CMS tools, i.e. Sanity, Pack Digital, Contentful, etc
  • Bonus points for experience managing working on an app.
