We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships throughout the Chicago, IL region.

Responsibilities:
- Gain and maintain strong understanding of dental laboratory products, digital dentistry workflows, scanning systems, implants, and prosthetic solutions
- Use in person visits, presentations, demos, and follow-up to grow revenue and market share
- Leverage selling skills, marketing campaigns, and technical insight to generate opportunities
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals, activity metrics, and territory targets. Track sales activities, progress, and pipeline through CRM tools
- Work as a liaison between dental practices and the laboratory, ensuring clear communication and seamless service
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, and provide insights to leadership
- Collaborate closely with internal lab team to support customer needs and resolve issues
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of business to business outside sales experience, preferably within the dental, medical device, or healthcare services field
- Proven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory
- Previous experience selling to dental offices, dental labs and medical professionals
- Familiarity with digital workflows, intraoral scanners, implants, or cosmetic restorative dentistry
- Strong budget development, oversight and sales management skills
- Strong written/oral communication and a customer-first mindset
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
- Ability to travel and navigate the surrounding area of the assigned territory, accommodating overnight stays as needed
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
