Position Summary
The Healthcare Operations Specialist supports the Director of Operations and executive leadership in driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role assists with and independently manages projects that impact clinical and administrative operations, including new office openings, recruitment initiatives, research coordination, and operational system management.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistwith planning, coordination, and execution of operational projects across multiple locations.
- Lead or support the opening of new office locations, including coordination oflogistics, vendors, equipment, and operational readiness.
- Identifyopportunities to improve workflows and operational processes to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
- Develop andmaintainproject timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure operational consistency across locations.
- Provide project support to Director of Operations and C-suite leadership on key initiatives.
- Assistin implementing organization-wide operational improvements and initiatives.
- Assistwith recruitment efforts including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboardinglogistics.
- Manage andmaintainthe organization’s phone system, ensuring functionality and workflow efficiency.
- Support coordination of research studies and operational components associated with study implementation.
- Assistwith compliance-related tasks tied to operational and research initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects supporting organizational growth and development.
Qualifications
Required
- 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations.
- Experience with office launches or facility expansion projects.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting executive-level leadership.
- Experience managing phone or communication systems.

Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
