What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Building and managing relationships with:
  • Kitchen & Bath remodelers, designers, and showrooms
  • Residential builders and construction companies
• Prospecting and developing your own pipeline of new accounts
• Following up on bids and turning quotes into closed work
• Growing accounts year-over-year—not just maintaining them
• Managing your territory like a business (activity, follow-up, revenue growth)

What We’re Looking For

Strong candidates will have experience in:

• Kitchen & Bath design or showroom sales
• Working with builders or construction companies
• Cabinet, flooring, or related trades
• Outside sales in a relationship-driven environment

You’ll succeed here if you are:

• A producer who wants a career, not just a job
• Comfortable prospecting and building new relationships
• Able to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
• Consistent with follow-up and disciplined in your process
• Competitive, driven, and accountable to your numbers

Compensation

• Base Salary Commission (uncapped)
• Multiplier-style earnings are tied directly to account performance
• The more your accounts produce, the more you earn
• Top performers here reach six-figure income levels
