As a Customer Service Specialist on our team, your primary role will be to support the sales efforts of the outside salesperson and various order fulfillment activities in an inside sales capacity. - Computer skills, including data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction
- Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task in a fast paced and friendly environment
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales and customer service experience
