Job Description:
Mandatory Qualification
· 5 years FTE experience serving in a Project Manager (PM) or Scrum Master role for software implementation project.
· At least 3 years directly managing a team of at least five (5) FTE resources
· 3 years FTE experience from IT development project(s)
· Active certification in at least one of: PMP through PMI; OR SAFe Scrum Master; OR Agile Certified Practitioner through PMI.
· Bachelor’s degree, OR 4 additional years of experience from (IT development projects) in lieu of degree; overlap not allowed.
Desirable Qualification
· Master’s degree OR (Salesforce application developer experience) in lieu of degree; overlap not allowed
