Desired qualifications:
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI workflows
- Strong object-oriented programming skills
- .NET/C# preferred
- Java experience also acceptable
- Strong understanding of relational databases and non-relational/document databases
- Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns
- Experience working with document databases and unstructured data
- Exposure to data and analytics solutions
- Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities
