We're looking for a reliable tow truck operator to join our team at Modena Automotive! As a tow truck operator, you'll provide roadside assistance, towing, and recovery services to our customers. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you!
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Operate tow trucks and equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Perform towing, recovery, and roadside assistance services
- Inspect and maintain tow trucks and equipment
- Collaborate with dispatch and other team members to ensure timely and effective service
- Follow safety protocols and regulations
*Requirements:*
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Tow Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair
- Live Within 15 minutes of the NYS Thruway, This is a on alternating on call positon
- Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
