Overview

Come grow with us by joining our team as a Utility!  In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. The utility position applies to a broad range of skills and responsibilities. The utility position requires one year of experience in the applicable areas of concentration. Areas of concentration generally include but are not limited to janitorial, vehicle detailing, painting, driving, lot organization, shipping and receiving of vehicles and facility. Works under supervision to complete daily tasks. Demonstrates the ability to complete tasks on time and in a professional manner and works well with others. Follows all company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean, professional, and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

• Perform advanced duties without supervision.
• Perform multiple high-level responsibilities.
• Perform advanced vehicle or facility maintenance.
• Take direction and perform high quality work meeting all Company standards.
• Maintain and protect company owned property.
• Follow Company safety protocol at all times and keep work environment clean.
• Additional location specific duties may apply
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to Five years’ experience in applicable field.
• Requires the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License
• Must have a professional positive attitude
• Must be punctual

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Will be required to do frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling and climbing to perform multiple tasks of position.
• Must have good manual dexterity
