Job Overview
We need experienced screen printers to help us grow. Experience with M&R automatic presses preferable.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality output
- Manage color calibration and color matching processes to achieve consistent results across multiple prints
- Interpret production documents, including layout designs and technical specifications, to accurately produce prints
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical adjustments on printing equipment to prevent downtime
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to detect and correct defects
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software to prepare artwork files for printing
- Assist with prepress tasks such as film cutting, paper binding, and preparing screens for printing operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating automatic screen printing machinery
- Strong understanding of color management principles and print quality standards
- Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment adjustment, machining, and maintenance procedures
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to meet production deadlines
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
