We have exciting opportunities available in our new ambulatory surgery center in Avon, Indiana. We are looking for PRN, part time, and full time team members. This role will be multi-functional in both circulating and scrubbing surgical procedures.
Qualifications
OR nurse responsibilities.
- Circulate and scrub both surgical and minor procedure cases as requested.
- Act as an active member of the ASC team and collaborate with each member to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Ensure the operating and minor procedure rooms are prepared for each procedure.
- Monitor surgery inventory and restock as needed to support optimal patient care.
- Perform documentation as required by state, local, federal and accreditation standards.
- Supports patients, their family members, and team members in a way that fosters a positive environment.
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Requires ACLS and support with proof of certification
