Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with household tasks, including cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
- Assist with medication management
- Companionship
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a similar caregiving role
- Knowledge of personal care techniques and ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of individuals
