About the Role:
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Modani Care, you'll work closely with our team to provide personalized care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping with meal preparation and medication management
Encouraging and supporting clients with daily exercises and ambulation
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients
Building strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences
Requirements:
1 years of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or related experience
Ability to work PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME shifts, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move clients with care and provide gentle assistance with transfers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
