Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time graphic designer for our in-house design department. The individual in this position will work within a team creating, designing and executing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Our graphic designers are responsible for designing (concept to prepress) a variety of materials, including but not limited to: packaging, catalogs, brochures, trade show graphics, advertisements, forms and website graphics. They will also maintain a visual consistency between our brands across all media platforms. Strong graphic design background, proficiency in Photoshop, and strong photography skills are required.

Qualifications:
· A degree in Graphic Design required. Preferably BFA or BA in Graphic Design.
· At least 2 years design experience in graphics and product development.
· Strong Graphic Design Skills. Knowledge of Graphic Design fundamentals/principles including: typography, layout to direct eye flow, and color theory.
· Proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
· Ability to create clear and organized art files for print.
· Knowledge of printing techniques for packaging.
· Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print and digital output.
· Strong photography skills, including operating DSLR cameras when necessary.
· Collaborate with marketing and social team members to develop creative concepts and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
· Retouch, color correct, and manipulate images for product photography and marketing assets.
· Support in basic video editing and motion graphics for digital and social platforms.
· Ability to proof text, lists, and packaging.
· Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Ability to take direction and collaborate with other artists.
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
· Understanding of US and Metric Size conversion.
· Knowledge and experience with beauty products.
