Mod Tech Industries is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership and technical support in our CNC production machining facility.
We're looking for someone with strong CNC machining knowledge, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to shop floor operations. The ideal candidate is a team player who communicates effectively, works well with others to resolve production challenges, and supports employee training and development.
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on leadership and direction to CNC production employees.
- Support daily shop floor operations, organization, and decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with machinists, programmers, and management to troubleshoot CNC machining and production challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and support to CNC machinists and operators.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to support efficient manufacturing operations.
- Support employee training, education, and skill development.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in CNC production machining.
- Strong understanding of CNC horizontal machining centers (HMC), vertical machining centers (VMC), and CNC turning equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and CNC troubleshooting experience.
- Root cause problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to make sound shop floor decisions.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach to daily manufacturing operations.

- CNC Machining: 3 years (Preferred)
