We are currently seeking a qualified, dedicated, and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home, school, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services. You will be a critical part of our team, helping children, youth, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
What You'll Do
As an RBT, you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to:
- Provide Direct Intervention: Implement 1:1 behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans designed by the BCBA.
- Collect & Document Data: Meticulously collect, record, and graph data on client progress and behaviors.
- Complete Session Notes: Write accurate, objective, and timely treatment notes for each session.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Assist clients with daily activities, communicate effectively with families/caregivers, and attend regular team meetings.
- Uphold Standards: Strictly follow all BACB guidelines and ethical codes of conduct.
- Support the Team: Motivate clients and fellow staff, and assist with clerical or administrative duties as needed.

What You'll Need (Qualifications)
Required:
- Active RBT Certification in good standing with the BACB.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to successfully pass a Level 2 Background Check.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree OR current enrollment in a B.A. or B.S. program (especially in Psychology, Education, or a related field).
- Prior experience working with individuals with ASD.
- An active Medicaid provider number.
